Stephen is a highly proficient and qualified Civil Engineering Project Manager and Construction Management professional offering a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management coupled with a strong commercial background in a wide variety of industries across Australia and abroad. Stephen has 15 years off construction experience working in the Civil Engineering, Resource, Oil and Gas and LNG Sectors with varying roles from Project Engineer through to Project Manager. His main responsibilities include deployment, management and supervision of project teams and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Civil Project Manager
Mitch is a dedicated and motivated Project Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wollongong. Mitch has over 10 years of experience working on projects across the mining, resources, public infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors with roles spanning on site supervision, project engineering and project management. Mitch brings high level technical skills and strong commercial acumen which provide him with a solid foundation to ensure RC Construction can deliver projects that exceed client’s expectations.
Ben is responsible for all our company estimating and bid management processes. Ben is a qualified carpenter by trade and has a good understanding of site processes and concrete construction. Ben is the businesses first point of contact when it comes to request for tenders and ensures all enquiries are tracked and actioned in a responsive and timely manner.
Ryan is a qualified Project Engineer with eight years of experience within the civil engineering and project management sector working for RC Construction and CPB Contractors. Ryan has experience in high-level engineering roles ranging from an undergraduate design engineer assisting lead project engineers in the technical analysis of small structures, to project support roles on Main Roads infrastructure projects within WA which include North Link 3, Armadale Road Upgrade & Manning Road. Ryan’s broad range of experience developed in the last eight years has meant that he can develop strong working relationships with sub-contractors and colleagues to ensure that contractual, quality and safety requirements are met for RC Construction.
Accounts Payable / Human Resources
Emily is responsible for all RC Constructions invoicing and accounts payable. Emily liaises with clients and subcontractors alike ensuring our accounts department is updated and maintained. Emily also offers a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and supports the company in this fundamental role.
Collette manages all RC Constructions onboarding, administration and document management systems. Collette ensures both our clients and project team requirements are managed in an effective and timely manner.
