Stephen is a highly proficient and qualified Civil Engineering Project Manager and Construction Management professional offering a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management coupled with a strong commercial background in a wide variety of industries across Australia and abroad. Stephen has 15 years of construction experience working in the Civil Engineering, Resource, Oil and Gas and LNG Sectors with varying roles from Project Engineer to Project Manager. His main responsibilities include deploying, managing, and supervising project teams and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Mitch Jones is a dedicated and motivated Operations Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wollongong. With over 10 years of experience across the mining, resources, public infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors, Mitch has held roles in on-site supervision, project engineering, and project management. He brings high-level technical expertise and strong commercial acumen, providing a solid foundation to ensure RC Construction delivers projects that exceed client expectations.

Kian is responsible for all our company estimating and bid management processes. Kian has a civil engineering degree with more than 14 years of experience in estimating industrial projects such as wind farms, processing plants, combined cycle power plants, water desalination, and bridges.
Kian is the business’s first point of contact when it comes to requests for tenders and ensures all enquiries are tracked and actioned in a responsive and timely manner.

Emily is responsible for all RC Constructions invoicing and accounts payable. Emily liaises with clients and subcontractors alike, ensuring our accounts department is updated and maintained. Emily also offers a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and supports the company in this fundamental role.

Collette manages all RC Constructions onboarding, administration and document management systems. Collette ensures both our clients and project team’s requirements are managed in an effective and timely manner.

Fateh Bhullar

Fateh is a qualified Civil Engineer with a bachelor’s degree from Latrobe University. Fateh has 8 years of experience working on various projects, ranging from small to large concrete structures, including Projects across the Defence and roads sectors. Fateh is dedicated to ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Fateh has a strong track record of developing positive working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients. He is always committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.”

Ryan O’Sullivan

Ryan is a highly qualified HSEQ professional with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and over five years of experience across the public and private sectors, including construction, civil, mining, and utilities industries. Ryan has held senior advisory roles with leading organisations in both Australia and Ireland, demonstrating expertise in the development and implementation of HSEQ management systems, risk management, contractor compliance, and incident investigation.

During his time with RC Construction, Ryan has contributed to several key projects, including the Clinker Import Facility for Fremantle Ports Authority in Kwinana and two incrementally launched bridges for S2M Evolution Alliance on the Stephenson Avenue Extension Project.

Ryan is recognised for his exceptional communication and presentation skills. He excels at building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with the workforce, clients, and stakeholders, effectively managing their expectations and needs. He is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and integrity in all aspects of his work.

Ciaran is a qualified Health and Safety professional with a degree in Occupational Health and Safety. He brings practical experience from both the telecommunications, civils and construction sectors, where he developed a strong foundation in risk management, compliance, safety systems, and open communication approach to his works. At RC Construction, Ciaran supports safe and efficient project delivery by implementing robust safety procedures and promoting a positive safety culture across all operations.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and comes with over 10 year’s experience in operational support and labour hire, supporting various projects predominantly in the resources industry. Grace’s role at RCC is to assist the commercial team by way of contract review, contract variations and progress claims as well as adhering to contractual compliance at all times.

Stewart is a Civil Supervisor with hands-on experience delivering major WA infrastructure projects, including the Yanchep Rail Extension, Mitchell freeway extension and the Stephenson Avenue Extension project. Starting his career as a Carpenter before moving into supervision 5 years ago, he has a people first approach and has built a strong reputation for maintaining positive relationships with crews, clients and stakeholders. Stewart focuses leading teams to deliver safe, productive and high-quality work environments.
